JL Holdsworth went from College Football player to World Record holder in powerlifting in 2 years. Failure is not an option and success can never come fast enough. JL experienced an awakening and until he did so, he didn't even realize all of the things he was missing out on, from observing the world to experiencing feelings. JL shares his story of how a self-sabotaging injury got him to where he is now and how his life has completely changed.
