A God-fearing man with a God-shaped hole in his heart, Trey Weis is yet another Driven who has turned to meditation to help channel his ambition. As a pediatric dentist, he credits his success to his education, along with his ability to focus on accomplishing one thing at a time. We talk with Trey about growing up as a driven kid, building a business versus buying a business, his experience with meta practice, and more. Trey also gives insights into marriage with a Driven partner, and how being married to another Driven has challenged him in the best way. As the manager of a team of 45 employees, Trey shares how he had to learn to transition from the in-your-face, masculine leadership of college football to leading a staff of primarily women.
