Taylor Sommerville began his career in the stock market. He found himself extremely interested in macro trends, patterns really, that can be attributed to the human condition. After nearly a decade in finance and divorce, Taylor made a shift in his identity to focus on techniques he learned to manage stress. Taylor is a certified XPT master coach and breathwork coach, and he uses tools and techniques like ice baths and hot saunas to stimulate the fight or flight response, then implements breathwork to manage stress reactions in those environments. As Drivens we're so frequently told to 'let go.' As true and needed as that may be, Taylor offers the breath as the one thing we can always control, and in exercising that control, we actually, get to a state where we can let go.
